The Last Clan-A freak accident has happen-and has resulted in the loss of many lives.Now only one clan has made it out alive-and they must find a new home,and try to live there successfully.But many problems will arise-and they must be able to come to the challenges,for they are,The Last Clan.


Prolouge-Time Will Tell
The full moon glistened as shadowy figures wove their way down into the hollow,some sitting down,while a handful of others continued on,pausing at the huge rock before them.Then four leaped,gracing the huge rock,while others chatted obsessionally while waiting.Slowly they all quieted as a small,gray tom spoke.
"Welcome cats!This meeting I have some important news to share!Shade Clan has been blessed with four healthy kits,Harekit,Yarrowkit,Fernkit ,and Dewkit!We have two new warriors,Longleg,and Waterheart!"At this,two cats,both dark gray,stood,giving off catlike grins towards the crowd.The tom nodded then said,
"That is all."The next cat,a huge,broad shouldered she-cat,spoke with a boom in her robust voice,
"Stream Clan is thriving,as usual,as well!We have four new warriors,Kinkpelt,Yellowpelt,Shrew-whisker,and Mouseclaw!"Cheers went up from the crowd as the four stood.One of them tossed his head back and tried to howl,which brought laughter from the cats,then the she-cat finished,
"That's all for us!"A sable tom,who was fairly thin took up the lead and said,
"Moor Clan is well,but without new arrivals,I'm afraid.But Mint-tail is expecting kits soon!"Cries and cheers rose yet again,then the last cat,a light brown she-cat padded up.
"Leaf clan is thriving,with two new apprentices!Tickpaw!Poppypaw!"Two cats stood,one milky white,the other black with white splotches.With a proud nod,the cat ended by saying.
"That is all!Be dismissed!"All the cats began chattering again,while the four felines moved forward to take the lead.It was as the small tom was just passing a tree when an ear-splitting noise erupted in the silent night-
CREAAAAAAAAA-AK!SNNNNNNNAPPPPP-k!And the tree was torn from it's roots,barely missing the tom,but crushing others,
Then mayhem struck-the earth shook with with a vengeance-trees were ripped from their roots,the ground opened,engulfing cats hungrily,while the earth became fluid,sucking up cats without remorse.Cries and yowls split the night air,as the merciless wind,and starved earth killed relentlessly till the end of the night,and as dawn peaked over the horizon,all that was left in the blood stained clearing were the mangled bodies of felines no-more.

Maplestar sat on a bluff,watching her remaining clan cats.They were injured,hungry,wet,cold,and somber.She could see her patient and loyal medicine cat,Whitedew,flitting helter-skelter, healing as she could.She watched as she gave a cry of anguish-her father lay,dying in the tall grasses.He whispered something to her,then went limp.Whitedew wailed in pain,and began the accent up the hill towards her.
"Maplestar-few cats will live with these injures-I don't have enough herbs..."She cried out again,and then continued,"but my father told me something.Listen-
'The one who can revive the clans,
Will do so at the Tigers roar.'"Whitedew shook her head,"It doesn't make sense,but StarClan never does right away.Maplestar-do you think you can save our clan? "The light brown she-cat sighed.
"Time will tell,Whitedew.Time will tell."
