Why must the site die?!?!?!?!?!?

This is the third or fourth time the site has gone from an active,buzzing site to a dying,lonely site.

And I'm sick of it.

So here's the deal,I will be making a recruiting contest soon,and I want ideas for it.I think we should sort of outline a"plan of action" and try to bring the site from the grave.If you are interested,fill out this forum to become a part of the council.I will PM you the details.
